Shipping and Return Policy

All hand-woven and hand-crafted products on Cooploom are produced by weavers and artisans in villages, mostly at their homes and co-operatives across Kerala. Unevenness in weaves, prints, minor slubs in fabric, and slight variations in color are expected outcomes of an authentic craft process. These variations are typical characteristics of any hand-crafted product and are not to be considered damaged or defective.

Refund policy

Refund Process

Return can be done in 2 to 4 working days after the customer receives the product.

Refunds will be credited within 7 business days of receipt of products in good condition by Cooploom, refunds do not include delivery fees. The process is as follows;

  • Please email Cooploom within 7 days of the customer alerting us that they want to return and refund for their purchase. Email: info.cooploom@gmail.com or Message us on Whatsapp: +91 81294 38152.
  • We may ask you to send us pictures of the defects in the fabric.
  • The product to be returned must be unworn, unsoiled, and without damage. Original bill must be retained.
  • Cooploom reserves the right to deny a refund in case of soiled or damaged products.
  • A refund will be issued after Cooploom receives the Original product.
  • We do not accept product returns and refunds on  sale or offer products.
  • Some of the pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick-up, in such cases the customer will need to mail the product back to us.
  • Please note we do not offer a return and exchange pick-up facility for international orders. International orders are shipped centrally from Cooploom’s warehouse in COCHIN, Kerala, after stringent quality checks and this eliminates any quality or product-related issues.

Cancellation Process

  • Once an order is placed, it can be canceled online within 30 minutes of placing the order, if you have created a customer account on Cooploom.com. Otherwise, please reach out to info.cooploom@gmail.com mentioning your “Order ID – Request for Cancellation” in the subject line or WhatsApp us +91 81294 38152. Custom made orders under Bespoke Cooploom cannot be cancelled.
  • Please provide a valid reason for cancellation so that we may consider your request. Cancellations are reviewed and accepted at the discretion of Cooploom management.
  • Along with your cancellation request please send us photos of the product, along with the damage that is seen on the product. Once we review the photos, we will send you an email to initiate the return process.
  • We will be able to accept order exchange or cancellation requests before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
  • Return pick up will be attempted 2 times only. Customer will need to ship the product back on the below address in case of failed attempts.

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be delivered in 7 to 15 working days after the order has been shipped.

We will process the invoice and email it to you. After payment is made we will ship your purchase from Kerala.

  • Orders shipped to addresses outside of India may be subject to additional charges, taxes or fees which are determined by the local customs office of the destination country. The customer will have to bear any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges that may additionally be collected for when the package is delivered.
